Anne Le Guennec – Chief Executive Officer
Anne Le Guennec leads Enova, a joint-venture created in 2002 between Majid Al Futtaim Ventures and Veolia, providing building energy and facility management services for a wide portfolio of public and private clients.
She was in charge of Veolia’s Business Development in the Middle East prior to her appointment as CEO of Enova in April 2016. Anne joined Veolia in 1998 and over a career spanning 18 years, has gained considerable experience in all facets of business development, technical and operational management. Starting her career in France, Anne headed a team in charge of waste management contracts with municipalities and industries. She was then appointed as Project Director for EPC projects. In 2008, she became the Technical Director for Water, Wastewater and Electricity activities at Veolia in Morocco.

Francisco Ramalheira – Director Business Development & Marketing
Having been with Enova since 2009, Francisco was appointed Business Development & Marketing Director in September 2017. With an extensive operational background in, and knowledge of, different business models, as well as a proven track record consolidating and developing business units, he is the perfect fit for this role.
Francisco was previously Director of Operations responsible for Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, a position that went beyond operational delivery, entailing the management of supporting functions and direct responsibility for the business units’ financial results and business development. 
Francisco has been a built environmental professional throughout his career and has been involved in more than 200 projects in Europe, South America and the Middle East.

Amin El Najjar – Director Operations Dubai, Northern Emirates, Oman, Lebanon and Egypt
Amin El Najjar joined Enova in 2014 as Director – Operations for Dubai & Northern Emirates, Oman, Lebanon and Egypt with a strong focus on strategy and implementation. He currently manages a portfolio of circa $80m via a system of agile management focused on continuous improvement and value creation. Responsible for the execution of major Energy Performance Contracts, he is in charge of creating tremendous savings in line with governmental and private visions. Highly experienced in change management with an MBA focused on Management and Finance and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Amin has gained extensive regional experience in Facilities Management for more than 14 years. 

Ibrahim Ghosn – Director Operations Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi
Ibrahim joined Enova in January 2008 as head of Engineering services to become later on Operations Manager. He currently is Director of Operations for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain). In addition, he is the General Manager of the joint venture Ayady FM in Egypt.
Before entering the industrial sector, running utilities, plants renovations and expansion projects, Ibrahim worked for major MEP consultants in Lebanon. He has vast experience in design and execution of mechanical systems covering HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting for airports, hotels, hospitals and residential buildings.
Ibrahim holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master degree in Engineering Management. 

Sebastien Viallet – Director Performance & HSEEQ
Sebastien is currently Enova’s Director of Performance & HSEEQ, based in Dubai, UAE, where he is responsible for all HSEEQ, Call Center, CAFM & Mobility Solutions, Audits & Statistical Analysis, Mobilization and CSR activities. His role at Dalkia Bahrain first brought him to the Middle East in 2009, where he was responsible for all HSEQ activities within the company. Before moving to the Middle East, Sebastien worked with companies in France on implementing safety & environmental standards, deploying lean and six sigma approaches, conducting audits and managing operating budgets. 

Assem Chabti – Director Human Resources
An MBA graduate in HR Management and CIPD / CHRP qualifications with comprehensive experience and strong record of achievement in a wide range of HR practices including compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, recruitment & development, performance management, employee relations, strategic planning, legal compliance and dispute resolution..  Worked around the world with different multinational and local companies like Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group, EMCOR Facility Management and other leading companies.
