  • Renaud Capris
    Chief Executive Officer

    Since July 2019, Renaud Capris leads Enova, a joint-venture created in 2002 between Majid Al Futtaim and Veolia, providing building energy and facility management services for a wide portfolio of public and private clients across the Middle East. Renaud joined Enova after nearly two decades within the Veolia Group, working in positions across the Energy business in France and Eastern Europe. Renaud previously lead Siram by Veolia in Italy, focusing on energy efficiency across a wide portfolio of industries in the region. Renaud holds an Engineering degree from the Ecole Spéciale de Mécanique et d'Electricité (ESME Sudria) in Paris, France.

  • Ibrahim Ghosn
    SVP - Operations

    Ibrahim joined Enova in January 2008 as Head of Engineering services to become Operations Manager later on. He currently is SVP - Operations for Enova across all its operating countries. 

    Ibrahim is an agile strategic leader with diversified experience in Engineering Consultancy, Operations and Maintenance and Facilities and Energy Management. Ibrahim offers the unique combination of hands-on administration that maximizes organizational effectiveness, operations-oriented leadership that ensures efficiency, and people-oriented guidance that yields productivity.

    Ibrahim holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master degree in Engineering Management. 
     

  • Rachid Hamida
    VP - Energy & Technology

    Rachid joined Enova in 2017 to lead the Technology & Performance department, which gathers the Energy, Hubgrade, Renewable Energy, and Asset Management functions under one umbrella. As part of Enova’s overall growth strategy, this department drives the company’s technology vision through digital transformation and leadership. Rachid previously worked for Veolia’s Tools & Methods department in France. Over the past 20 years, his career has seen him lead several projects focused on aligning digital strategy with business and commercial goals in France, the UK, North America, Eastern Europe, and Africa.

  • Assem Chabti
    VP - Human Resources & Support

    Assem is an MBA graduate in HR Management and holds CIPD / CHRP qualifications. He has gained comprehensive experience and possesses a strong record of achievement in a wide range of HR practices, including compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, recruitment & development, performance management, employee relations, strategic planning, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Assem has worked around the world with different multinational and local companies like Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group, EMCOR Facility Management and other leading companies.

  • Wafy Yazbeck
    VP - Finance & Compliance

    Wafy joined Enova as Finance Director after 13 years of experience in multinational organizations, among which 7 years within the United Arab Emirates. With a strong business and commercial acumen, he has the know-how to lead our financial operations with the greatest dexterity and ambition. Wafy holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master degree from ESSEC Business School.

  • Wael El Khatib
    Director - IT, Digital & Call Center

    Wael El Khatib currently serves as Director - IT, Digital and Call Center across all of Enova's operating countries. As part of his role, El Khatib has spearheaded the design and implementation of the company’s Digital Strategy for the last years. 

    He has been the driving force behind many of Enova’s digitalization, automation and cybersecurity efforts over the past few years including the transition of the company’s infrastructure to the Cloud and the implementation of a Mobility Strategy across all aspects of business.

    El Khatib has also led enhancements to Enova’s digital customer services, such as the integrated one-stop-shop portal with business intelligence embedded, client mobile apps, and focused digital solutions to the client cases.

    Alongside, El Khatib has also been continuously working with the Technical Operations and Energy Technical teams to produce many digital and efficiency solutions related to staff efficiency and energy savings at the clients’ facilities.
     

  • MoulayAlaouiPort
    Moulay Alaoui
    Director - Procurement & Supply Chain

    Having joined Enova in 2013, Moulay Alaoui currently serves as Director – Procurement & Supply Chain. With a wealth of experience as a Procurement Consultant in multinational organizations between France and Qatar, he has led several projects offering him exposure to a variety of sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Telecommunication, & Industries.   

    Moulay is a result-driven leader with a strong record of achieving company objectives, while maintaining a strong sense of welfare and comradery for his team. He also drove the digitization objective of the Procurement and Supply Chain function to achieve zero-paper goal.  

    Moulay is a holder of a master’s degree in Engineering from INSA Engineering School in Blois, France, and an MBA from ESSEC Business school in Singapore and Paris, France.

  • Farah Nehme
    Director - Legal

    Having joined Enova in 2021, Farah Nehme currently serves as Director – Legal. With over 15 years of experience across the MENAT region working with private, semi-government, and Royal family businesses – Farah’s legal background covers a broad range of legal disciplines, particularly pertaining to the built environment.

    Farah has brought to Enova her strong repertoire of knowledge in managing cross-border transactions, civil and common law, as well as corporate governance regulatory matters and dispute resolution.

    Farah holds her LLB from from Filiere francophone de droit in Lebanon, and her LLM in International Business Law from Sorbonne Assas International Law School (Universite Paris 2 – Pantheon Assas), where she finished with Honors in the top 3 of her class.
