This page outlines the process for deleting your account associated with Enova MyCarbon Footprint mobile app.

Before we proceed, let's clarify the types of data we collect:

  • Usage Data: This includes information about how you use Enova MyCarbon Footprint, such as the features you access and the date and time of your activity.
  • Device Information: This includes information about the device you use to access Enova MyCarbon Footprint, such as the device model, operating system, and unique device identifier.

Reasons for Data Deletion

You may wish to delete your Google Play account associated with Enova MyCarbon Footprint for various reasons, such as:

  • No longer using Enova MyCarbon Footprint.
  • Wanting to remove your data from our systems.
  • Exercising your right to be forgotten.

Data Deletion Process:

Option 1: 

  1. Open the MyCarbon Footprint mobile app.
  2. Login using your username and password.
  3. Click on the menu and then click on your name to open the profile page.
  4. Click on "Delete Account" button and confirm.

Option 2:

  1. Open any web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
  2. Navigate to https://mycarbonfootprint.enova-me.com/.
  3. Login using your username and password.
  4. Click on your name in the top navigation bar.
  5. Click on the "Delete Account" button and confirm.

Important Information about Account Deletion:

  • Deleting your will permanently erase all your data associated with the Enova MyCarbon Footprint including your account information and usage data.
  • This action cannot be undone.
  • You will lose access to all features and services offered by Enova MyCarbon Footprint.
